1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SaidIt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SaidIt provides human identity verification for social media posts. We verify that you are a real human, then cryptographically sign posts you create through our platform. We do not guarantee employment, partnerships, or other outcomes from verification.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SaidIt. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are a real human being (not a bot, AI, or other automated system).

4. Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

One person may only have one verified SaidIt account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent post limits or for other purposes is prohibited.

5. Verification

The verification process proves you are a human. It does not verify your identity (who you are), only your humanity (that you are a real person). Verification status may be revoked if we determine it was obtained fraudulently.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Post content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use automated means to access the Service
  • Interfere with the proper working of the Service
  • Attempt to circumvent verification or post limits
  • Share or sell your verified account access

7. Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By using SaidIt, you grant us a license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

8. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. VERIFICATION IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF CHARACTER, TRUSTWORTHINESS, OR ACCURACY OF CONTENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAIDIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
